Size

Premium Angus is our specialty. We carefully breed for naturally very well-marbled Angus beef to be perfect on forage at 18 to 23 months of age. This year we will have a limited supply while we grow this group.

 Each size of share includes about:

~30% Premium Ground Beef: convenient 1 lb packages.

~10% Premium Ground Beef formed into hamburger patties for fast and easy burgers! 

~35% Savory Cuts: Roasts, Stew meat, Cross Cut Shanks, and one or two of the following 'odd cuts', too few for every box: Brisket, Back Ribs, OR Korean Style Ribs.

~25% Steaks: Sirloin Tips, Minute Steaks, Top Sirloins, New York Strips, Rib Eyes, Filet Mignons, and one or two of the following 'odd cuts' too few for every box:  Skirt, Bavette (flap), Flank, OR Tri-Tip.

* Delivery to a centralized pickup location of your choice. Portland to Eugene.

Share sizes available -

1/16 - $100 Deposit: You will receive 24 to 30 lbs of Premium Angus. The balance of $180 to $250 is due when your beef is at the butcher. Total cost is $280 to $350 depending on the size of your steer. 

1/8   - $200 Deposit: You will receive 48 to 61 lbs of Premium Angus. The balance of $360 to $500 is due when your beef is at the butcher. Total cost is $560 to $700 depending on the size of your steer. 

1/4   - $400 Deposit: You will receive 96 to 122 lbs of Premium Angus. The balance of $720 to $1,000 is due when your beef is at the butcher. Total cost is $1,120 to $1,400 depending on the size of your steer. 

1/2   - $800 Deposit: You will receive 192 to 244 lbs of Premium Angus. The balance of $1,440 to $2,000 is due when your beef is at the butcher. Total cost is $2,240 to $2,800 depending on the size of your steer.
